service issues and outdated rooms
housekeeping delay frustrating service
The room was nothing special. I wouldn't write home about it. the big problem was housekeeping. i had to call three times to get my room made up. i was very frustrated.

the location is perfect , close to restaurants and robson street. the room was clean and had a nice view.
the bathroom had a slightly musty smell when we first opened it.

really good service
nice experience fantastic views helpful ways
specifically twinquel and billy were very attentive. they looked for ways to be helpful and paid attention to little details. they created a fantastic experience in addition to the fantastic views from the 25th floor. i will recommend this hotel to my friends.
the pillows provided were not supportive and lacked firmness , which affected my neck comfort. i expected more firm pillow options from a hotel of this standard.

the hotel is centrally located and near restaurants and the beach. robson street is also only minutes away from the building. it offers convenient access to different amenities.

the hotel has a club lounge located on the 25th floor. the views from the club lounge were excellent. this area provided bc sourced choices on the drink menu.

the rooms have floor to ceiling windows. many rooms are shaped slightly differently due to the unique architecture of the building. rooms are super clean and everything is in good shape.

the staff offered warm welcomes at reception. they answered all questions and ensured i was all set for my stay. the hotel staff is really good , exceeding expectations in hospitality.
